Fruit & Nut Oats Cranberry Kulfi

INGREDIENTS:

 SFNO (Saffola Fruit & Nuts Oats- Cranberry flavor) Powdered - 4 tablespoons
 1 tbsp jaggery
 2 tbsp honey
 2 cups toned milk (pre-boiled & cold)
Few strands of saffron (optional)


INSTRUCTIONS
  • Pour milk in a Sunflame thick bottomed vessel.
  • Add oats powder, jaggery, and honey and stir well.
  • Then keep the vessel on the stove on medium heat and stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Remove from stove add saffron and allow to cool.
  • Pour it into kulfi moulds and freeze it for 3 to 4 hours.
